PFund awards $5,000 per year for two years ($10,000 total) to BIPOC LGBTQ+ small business owners.

PFund Foundation is a regional community foundation advancing a thriving and equitable future for queer communities across the Upper Midwest. For nearly 40 years, PFund has mobilized resources, invested in leaders and organizations, and connected philanthropy with community-driven change. In 2025 alone, PFund awarded more than $2.1 million in grants and scholarships to nonprofits, grassroots initiatives, businesses, and individuals across the region.
Eligibility Requirements
Business operations and values align with the mission and vision of PFund Foundation.
Business owner identifies as BIPOC and LGBTQ+
Business has been in operation for at least one year and is located in the Twin Cities Metro Area
Business has an annual gross revenue of less than $250,000 for your most recently completed fiscal year and fewer than 20 full time employees
PFund awards $5,000 per year for two years ($10,000 total) to BIPOC LGBTQ+ small business owners. Recipients also receive a business membership to Quorum (the LGBTQ+ chamber of commerce) and enrollment in the PFund Small Business Cohort six monthly learning sessions, mentorship, and networking opportunities running January–June 2027. Awards distributed in September 2026.
Grant Amount: $5,000 per year for 2 years.
